Firmin Systems designs and builds software people are glad to use. Web apps, websites, mobile apps, and the tools that sit between the public site and the working day.
We are a Suffolk-based company. The team you meet is the team that does the work. Projects have a written scope, a weekly build, and a price for the first release before anyone starts.
We are useful when the brief is concrete: a booking system that stops double-selling, a site people can trust, a field app that works in a basement, a workshop board that replaces a whiteboard. If you need a slogan more than a system, we are the wrong studio.

Scope you can hold
The first release has a price, a list of what is in, and a list of what is not. Change is allowed. It is written down.

Weekly builds beat status meetings. If you cannot use it, we are not far enough along to talk about it.

The quiet screens count
Admin, empty states, errors, emails, and the export someone needs on a Friday. That is the product too.

You work with the people doing the job. After launch, care is a choice, not a locked-in contract.
